An Hour of Power - Opening Session with Lori Hart

Location: Old Main Academic Center 1030/1050

3600 seconds. Sixty minutes. One hour to learn how to create impact and change within your community. While you expect a keynote speaker to present about leadership, integrity, authenticity, we are not going to talk about that. Let’s cut to the core on how you can influence change in your community: POWER. Using research and decades of experience, Dr. Lori Hart will engage participants in a deep dive on the role of power within relationships, communities, and organizations. Understanding and recognizing these power dynamics is crucial for fostering healthy relationships, and equitable societies. 3600 seconds just might change your approach to embrace the power within you to make a difference, to be a force for good and to leave a lasting impact!

Outreach Tactics

Whether it be parents, perspective members, or supporters of your chapter, PR & marketing tactics give you the chance to show them a window into your chapter. This session will give you an opportunity to assess some of your outreach publications.

IFC Recruitment 101

Recruitment chairs will have the opportunity to discuss recruitment strategies, upcoming events, and how to utilize resources to grow your membership.

Panhellenic Recruitment 101

Location: Old Main Academic Center 2030

Recruitment chairs will have the opportunity to discuss recruitment strategies, upcoming events, and how to utilize resources to grow your membership.

Relationships Matter-NPHC & MGC

Location: Old Main Academic Center 2180

This session will cover best practices for connecting with various audiences within your chapter, community, and at conferences. You will learn how to navigate alumni, parent, and HQ relations.
